Person centred counselling helps clients achieve personal goals, explore unresolved or confusing emotions and achieve a better self understanding and awareness. Bridge View Therapy specialises in counselling for adolescents and has extensive experience in the area of suicide bereavement.
Play therapy is aimed at children between the ages of 3 - 11, play therapy offers children the opportunity to express and process emotions through the child's natural language of play.
